Diagnosing Asthma: Mild, Moderate and Severe
To learn more visit www.YouAndAsthma.com
To diagnose asthma, your doctor will ask you a few questions about your medical and family history, examine you, and do lung tests and other tests to measure how well your lungs are working. I was on a Symbicort Inhaler when without consultation the surgery switched me to another brand and style. I took it for one day (2 doses) and immediately came out in Hives (hundreds of small red itchy spots) I immediately contacted them and got it changed back and was put on a course of Antihistamine.

It's not a small effect, me and my brother both had asthma growing up, he always used to take medicines regularly but me being an idiot always refrained from using them, without any reason, untill the very moment i thought that I'm gonna die if I don't take it. And guess what, we have the same genetics but now I am 5'10" and he is 5'5". I don't recommend doing what I did but at least be mentally prepared that this could be you.

My asthma was predicted to be gone by the time I was nine and and her I am some years later still with asthma getting worst over time. Good for u that it worked but I’ve tried so many things from herbs to medication and meditation but nothing works. Asthma deosnt officially have a cure and it probably won’t for a long time.

I got rid of my asthma by pressing on the face between my nose and the upper lip. This obviously relaxes the chest airways by acupressure (GV26). Then I trained to breathe in through the nose to get the same effect. Low and behold, the beastly asthma was gone for ever. I sleep with my mouth closed. Why should a spray be the only treatment?
